Junior Legal Associate (Litigation)

Qualifications

• Law degree holder with professional legal certificate or equivalent,
• Admitted to the Malaysian Bar, or
• Fresh Graduates (duly called to the Bar)

Job Description

• To handle general litigation matters
• Drafting cause papers, pleading and submission competently
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as necessary
• Good research skills
• Attending courts for case management, hearing and other related
• Other relevant duties

Requirements

• Possess excellent written and verbal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Possess good interpersonal skill and a team player
• Diligent and willing to learn attitude
• Able to deal with prioritise workload and work under minimum supervision
• Preferably individual who possess own transport

• To prepare correspondence and able to liase with clients, authorities and court
• To attend and assist in court matters
• Have a good research skills
• Other relevant duties

• Problem solving skills
• Diligent and willing to learn attitude
